Plants take in this carbon dioxide and release clean oxygen. Farmers grow corn in just four months. The multi-fuel version of our heater allows you to burn either corn or wood pellets. Wood pellets burn clean and near smokeless producing an efficient heat with little ash. A corn burning heater is a great choice for any earth-minded home if you have easy access to whole kernel corn. It burns more cleanly than any other fuel, and has potential to become more affordable. Corn also burns hotter than wood pellets, at 9,000 BTU per pound, compared to wood pellets at 7,800 BTU per pound. Some of our customers live in more residential areas or in the city making corn less accessible. If that is you, we have developed a conversion kit to allow burning of wood pellets, or you may order a pre-converted heater from our factory.
